This help will guide you through the setup and usage of our point of sale cash register software.

📞 This feature allows you to automatically open the customer file when an incoming call is detected on your landline.
Feature only compatible with Windows and US Robotics modem.
🖥️ System requirements
- 🧩 Windows computer
- 📦 US Robotics modem connected to your landline
- 🔌 USB connection between modem and computer
- 🛠️ “Cash Register” application installed from the Windows Store
⚙️ Setup Steps
- 🔌 Connect the US Robotics modem to your landline and Windows computer via USB.
- 💾 Install the modem drivers if necessary.
- 📁 Configure the modem to use the COM3 port.
- 🛒 Install and launch our app from the Windows Store.
- 🔧 In the software, go to Config > General Options > Hardware and activate the option Using the US Robotics Modem.
Once correctly configured, a message “US Robotics modem detected” will be displayed.
📲 Functioning
📥 When a call is received, the software automatically reads the caller's number.
- 👤 If a customer matches this number, their customer record is automatically displayed.
- ➕ If no customer is found, the application offers to create a new customer file with the number already entered.
