⌨️ Keyboard shortcuts in order taking
To speed up entering commands on a computer, the application offers several useful keyboard shortcuts.
🔢 Entering quantities and operations
Use the numeric keypad to quickly enter quantities or perform simple calculations:
- Keys 0 to 9: numeric entry
- + key: addition
- * key: multiplication
🔍 Search for article by name
Simply type the name of an item. Press Enter to select the first matching item.
🖱️ Space bar – Speed reading
Press the space bar to activate the next reading:
- Scan a barcode
- Enter an item ID
- Enter an item name
↹ TAB key – Navigate between lists
The TAB key allows you to scroll through the sections available in the command interface:
- Items
- Tables (if enabled)
- Clients
- Collection points (if activated)
- Back to articles
💳 F1 to F12 keys – Payment methods
The F1 to F12 keys trigger a specific payment method. The order corresponds to the one displayed on the payment screen.
🔙 Escape / Backspace
These keys simulate pressing the ESC button on the interface, to cancel or go back.

The $ shortcuts allow direct access to certain sections:
