📋 Inventory assistance
The software allows you to easily carry out inventories of your stock by comparing theoretical quantities with inventoried quantities.
Access to inventory
To access this feature, go to page Configuration > Articles, then click the button « Inventory ».
How the Inventory Page Works
- Displaying all items with their theoretical quantity in stock
- Dynamic search bar to quickly filter an article
- Click on a row to open the quantity entry dialog box
- Default quantity = 1, but free entry on keyboard
- Scan a barcode to quickly inventory an item
Entering quantities
You can validate an item's inventory with the Enter key or the Validate button.
To inventory units of 1, you can chain scans and validations quickly.
Deviation monitoring
The software indicates:
- The quantity already inventoried for each item
- A symbol indicating whether the inventory quantity is less than, equal to or greater than the theoretical quantity
Inventory validation
Once the inventory is complete, click on « Save stock corrections » to update actual stocks in the system.
📦 The inventory can be carried out gradually: the data is kept on the page until you have validated the corrections.
