This help will guide you through the setup and usage of our point of sale cash register software.

🖥️ Customer preparation screen
The software allows you to install a dedicated display screen for customers to show them the status of their order.
Functioning
The display screen is a web page (a URL) that can be opened on any device via an internet browser.
It refreshes automatically and can be viewed in full screen.
Displaying information
The page is organized into two distinct columns:
- Left: Orders being prepared
- Right: Orders ready for pickup
Orders are identified by the last two digits of their order number.
Set up
To access this screen, retrieve the URL from the corresponding configuration page, and display it on the client screen of your choice.
No manual interaction is required: the screen updates automatically.
👀 This device is particularly useful for establishments with high traffic or with a counter withdrawal system.
