This help will guide you through the setup and usage of our point of sale cash register software.

Connect a Stripe terminal
Cash.Click allows you to connect a Stripe terminal to collect credit card payments directly from the sales interface.
Activate Stripe
To connect your Stripe terminal, go to the Configuration page, then General Options.
In the Payment section, check the box Use Stripe as payment solution.
Next, click the Connect Stripe button to connect your Stripe account to Cash.Click.
A Stripe login page will open. Log in to your Stripe account, then authorize Cash.Click to access your account.
Create a location
After authorization, you are redirected to the Cash.Click homepage. A window will automatically open prompting you to configure your location and device.
The location corresponds to the place or point of sale where the terminal will be used.
If you have multiple points of sale, you can create multiple locations. Each location can use its own terminals.
To create a location, enter the address, postal code, city, and country.
For the country, only enter the country code. For example: FR for France, US for the United States.
Connect a terminal
Once the location has been created, click the Connect a device button.
Cash.Click will then ask you for an authorization code.
This code must be retrieved directly from the Stripe terminal, in the terminal options, by requesting an authorization code.
Next, enter this code into Cash.Click, then give your terminal a name. You can choose any name that allows you to easily identify the terminal.
Finally, click on Connect terminal to complete the setup.
Use Stripe in the sales interface
Once the terminal is connected, two buttons are available in the main sales interface: Pay with Stripe and Stripe Refund.
The Pay with Stripe button automatically sends the amount to be paid to the terminal.
The customer then pays at the terminal. When the payment is validated, Cash.Click automatically receives payment confirmation.
The Stripe Refund button allows you to refund a customer. The refunded amount is credited back to their bank card.
