Automatic notifications
Kash.click allows you to automatically send notifications to your customers or your team when an event occurs on an order.
For example, a notification can be sent when an order is registered, completed, ready, delivered, or when a payment is expected.
What are notifications used for?
Notifications allow you to automatically inform the people concerned without having to send a message manually.
They can be used to notify a customer that their order is ready, confirm an order, send an invoice, or share a link to view the details of an order.
Available shipping methods
Kash.click supports several methods for sending notifications. Click on a method to view its detailed documentation.

Automatic triggering
Notifications are sent automatically when a specific event occurs in Kash.click.
For example, when an order is validated, prepared, completed or modified, Kash.click can trigger the sending of a notification corresponding to this event.
PDF invoice and link to the order
A PDF invoice can be attached to the notification.
It is also possible to add a secure link to a page displaying the order details.
These options are convenient for allowing the customer to easily view their order or keep their invoice.
Message personalization
The notification texts can be customized to tailor the message to your business and how you communicate with your customers.
You can write your own messages and insert different dynamic tags.

WhatsApp is a special case
Messages sent via WhatsApp are not customizable in the same way as other notifications.
For WhatsApp, the message content depends on the allowed templates and cannot be freely modified from Kash.click.
Best practices
Use short, clear messages that are appropriate for the type of notification being sent.
Remember to include information useful to the customer, such as the establishment name, order number, order status, consultation link or PDF invoice.
Before using notifications in a real-world situation, it is advisable to do a test to check the content of the message and the attachments sent.
