Email notifications

This page allows you to configure email notifications that are automatically sent to your customers. These notifications can be used to inform customers about the progress of their order or to send them a personalized message.

Types of notifications

Several types of notifications can be sent depending on the situation:

• Confirmation notification: sent when an order is registered.
• Validation notification: sent when an order is validated.
• Order completion notification: sent when an order is completed (payment settled).
• Preparation notification: sent when an order is ready.

Message personalization

You can customize the notification content to match your business. You can add free text and use automatic tags to insert information such as the customer's name, order number, date, or amount.

When are the notifications sent?

Notifications are sent automatically based on actions performed within the application. For example, a notification may be sent when an order is created, ready, or completed.

Depending on your configuration, certain notifications may be enabled or disabled to suit your organization.

Email sending limit

The number of emails that can be sent each month depends on your license. Once the monthly limit is reached, email notifications can no longer be sent until your counter is renewed or your license is changed.

It is therefore advisable to regularly check your email usage if you use automatic notifications a lot.

• Write short, clear and easy-to-understand messages.
• Check the tags used before enabling a notification.
• Test your notifications before using them with your clients.
• Adapt the content to the tone and image of your business.
